Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund requirements
One of the following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- The product is defective.
- The product is not as described.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us for detailed instructions. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items if the item is defective or not as described.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are packaged adequately, shipped in original packaging, and unused to prevent damage while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
Custom Made Orders
Custom made order refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will communicate the policy when the order is placed.
